Top 5 Apps On My Wishlist

I love to download all of the free apps that iTunes offers to tinker around with them. Some times I get inspired by unique designs, other times I find out what does not work functionally. Unfortunately, I do not have extra cash to blow on the non-free apps to play with, thus I am up with this list. Maybe I will come across an extra iTunes card for Christmas or one of you guys want to give me one. Hopefully I will get to use all of these apps, but until then I will have these 5 apps at the top of my wishlist.

Reptiles Playing Smartphone Games

Many of the tablet and smart phone games have moves beyond the original solitaire. With this progression of creativity, customers have demanded better and better quality in their graphics and design and programmers have done well to keep up.

Here is an hilarious (and my wife would say, cruel) video of a lizard playing a game called Ant smasher. Obviously, it believes the ants are real and is looking for a nice little treat, but it is interesting that the graphics are so real that the lizard believes they are real!

Teens love to text. If fact, they have lived in a world that never knew a time before cell phones. So the fact that there is a whole language that has spawned from this device’s impact on the world as well as the fact that it has completely changed the way that we communicate may say something about this powerful tool.

The infographic below shows a great deal of information about how teenagers use texting and cell phones in their lives. It’s kind of amazing to see what their preference of the form of communication is as well as how frequently and where they text from. We must also remember that we are in the age of the smart phone, which includes apps, internet, and social media.
